Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the new Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence with Krish AV. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase on-line.

Products

The prices quoted on this website are valid for internet sales only.
Krish AV has made every effort to get all the product information on this site including images and specifications. However, these are derived from third party (i.e Manufacturers, Brochures, Internet etc.) for description and illustration purpose only. Krish AV is not responsible for these Images or specifications. Further information can be found on Manufacturer's websites.

Krish AV holds a huge range of products in stock for immediate delivery. Once the order is placed, the customer will be notified via e-mail of the confirmation and expected delivery date. (see Delivery)
Pricing

All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT at 20% and exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charge will be calculated on your gross weight and value of the order and displayed separately at the checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards these include Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We will require cardholder's full details including name, address and telephone number as registered with the bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. Cheque or postal orders are accepted although we cannot despatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 6 working days.

Printing & Pricing Errors

We thrive in being very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price. (Errors and Omissions Accepted).

Accepting orders and security

Before we accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline your order. In which case you will be contacted to seek an alternative payment method.

Delivery

Express Delivery:

Duration: 3-5 working days (provided goods are in stock)
Next Day Delivery:

Cost: Call 020 8742 2200 for details
Order must be placed over the telephone before 12 noon
Available on selected products only and provided goods are in stock
Next Day Delivery is not available on orders placed online.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.

All customers are usually called within 3 working days after placing an order. Free Delivery is available on the majority of items on our website. On selected products, a delivery charge is applicable. This will be calculated on the gross weight and value of the order and added to your shopping basket. This will be shown separately at the checkout. We also offer Express Delivery, which guarantees delivery within 3-5 working days (provided the goods are in stock). Express delivery is available at an extra cost and can be arranged over the phone.

Delivery services listed above are for UK mainland delivery only excluding the Scottish Highlands. If you live within one of the following postcode districts or outside of the UK please email or telephone for a delivery quotation - BT, IM, PA, ML, KA, KY, PH, AB, IV, KW, HS, ZE.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, Krish AV will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. If a timed delivery is required (e.g. Before 12.00 noon, Saturday) we can arrange this for you but at extra cost.

Our courier companies are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (generally televisions).

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email, orders@krishav.co.uk, or telephone 020 8742 2200. We insist you keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

Shortages:

It is the customer's responsibility to sign for all packages as shown on the delivery consignment note. Any missing packages must be noted on the same consignment note before the driver leaves. It will be the customer's responsibility to notify Krish AV of any shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

In-Correct Goods:

Any in-correct goods received must be notified to Krish AV within 24 hours. This would enable us to rectify the problem immediately.

Non-Deliveries:

Krish AV will not accept liability of goods lost in transit unless notified within 24 hours from the expected delivery date.

Damage in transit:

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours from delivery.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

The manufacturer guarantees all purchases for a period of 12 months, unless stated, from date of invoice. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels is not covered.

Modified DVD Players

Our Modified DVD players are compatible with most DVD titles currently sold. However, we can confirm compatibility prior to purchase. Any new software may need further modification for which an additional charge will be made.

Force Majeure

The Krish AV will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the Krish AV is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond the Krish AV's control.

Complaints

We try very hard to provide high quality customer service but at the end of the day we are only human and we do make mistakes (we promise though that if we do, we will do our best to put them right).
